Use Of Materials On This Site - PLEASE READ IN FULL Any member of the press involved in investigating and reporting on issues relating to autism, Alzheimer's and Schizophrenia has the permission to download and reproduce materials I personally provide for news coverage purposes only. Any immediate family member of a child/person with autism or person with Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia has my full permission to use, for their own personal, home use, anything I personally provide - my 2 books, my exercises, my "Updates", my "Parent Nuggets©" file, my "teaching tools", etc. - provided this is done without any revision(s) to my materials. The only exception to this are my poems. These, no one has the right to reproduce as I hope to someday use them to raise money for autism. "Immediate Family Member of those with autism" is here defined as a parent, grandparent, sibling or legal guardian of a child/person with autism. "Immediate Family Member of those with Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia" is here defined as: 1) a person currently diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia, 2) the child of a person diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia, 3) the parent or sibling of a person diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia, 4) legal guardian of a person diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia. "Legal guardian" does not include a company, organization, state or government entity or any professional involved in therapy/recovery program/research, etc. This right to use my materials for free and to reproduce my materials in part or in whole without revision, I grant ONLY to persons as defined above and ONLY for use at home. Parents/family members of those with autism or family members of those with Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia who are involved in providing therapy or who receive any funds (contributions/donations, etc.) or are compensated in any way for their work with autism, Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia are required to purchase these materials. NO person involved in any organization (including autism, Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia organizations) has my permission to download these materials - even if they have family members with autism or Alzheimer's. Immediate family members, as defined above, DO have my permission to download to their hard drive for HOME use only. Immediate family members, as defined above, also have my permission to make copies of my materials for other family members of persons with autism, those with Alzheimer's or those with Schizophrenia as defined above. I realize not all families have computers. This right to make copies of my materials for other families devastated by autism, Alzheimer's and Schizophrenia, I give ONLY to family members of persons with autism, Alzheimer's or Schizophrenia provided it is used ONLY for HOME use by these other persons devastated by these disorders. No one has the right to sell, in part or in whole, the information contained on this site as this is copyrighted material - neither are these persons allowed to use my materials in any way for professional reasons without purchasing them. Currently, my 2 books are only available for purchase on CD. For professionals, this actually has the advantage of allowing for electronic searches on specific topics. Persons interested in purchasing my books on CD should contact me via this website. It is my hope that these materials help all to see autism and mental illness in a new light!
