The Frist Bill... Parents - Get Involved To Defeat This One!!! In September 2002, the Frist Bill will once again be before Congress... in November of 2002, it became "incorporated" into the provisions of the Homeland Security Act. If the Frist Bill is passed or provisions to shield the pharmaceutical industry remain in the Homeland Security Act, the autistic (and now, in my opinion, those with Alzheimer's and perhaps many other ailments) across America will have lost a huge battle and will have seen a complete and total obliteration of their rights to be compensated when someone is injured by a vaccine. The Frist Bill and provision in the Homeland Security Act to shield the pharmaceuticals must be vetoed! Too often, we are afraid to take a stand when it comes to calling their state and federal representatives. Vaccinations are indeed a sensitive issue for all sides. In my opinion, this legislation is anti-child, anti-person, anti-family and, anti-American. Why The Frist Bill Is A Bad Bill! Families who are injured by vaccinations have a right to be compensated. When cars are defective, we recall them and/or compensate those who have been injured as a result of the defect. Why should we also not allow for compensation for those children who have been injured through no fault of their own because of their nation's aggressive vaccination programs? Parents have allowed carcinogens, mercury, aluminum (a known gene mutant) and many other unfriendly substances to be jabbed into the arms of their children - trusting their government and medical community to do what was right for their child, yet, when complications surface, this same government and medical establishment (which includes the pharmaceuticals) prefer to sweep everything under the carpet and pretend everything is still ok. And, to add further insult to injury, the government and pharmaceuticals, together, will now be removing a parent's right to obtain any compensation for a child or loved one who may require life long care. We simply can not allow this to happen. Furthermore, the government is now moving to SEAL RECORDS of those involved in vaccine injury/autism lawsuits. I can not help but ask... It is the book of law on which these politicians swore to uphold the Constitutional rights of all Americans... the law of God... and within that book are the words: "Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him" (Prov. 26:27).
