change the rules on testing of chemicals/pesticides, etc. that involves humans.
This would allow orphaned and/or mentally handicapped children [who as they
state "cannot be reasonably consulted"] to be used as guinea pigs by both
government and industry scientists. Also... in the case of children found to be "neglected or abused" -
parental consent forms would NOT be required... because... we... in
government... take much better care of the children who have been entrusted to
us via "the system". Of course, studies on children outside of the US
would also be deemed "ok". Of course, we don't seem to care that this violates the Nuremberg Code
which mandates assent of test subjects is "absolutely essential" and that
subjects must have "legal capacity to give consent" and "able to exercise free
power of choice".
Also... Coming To America? Database of "Potential Troublemakers"? Parents, I certainly hope that you will have the good sense to oppose this. This is a database to identify "troublemakers" and children with "behavioral problems" who "may" go on to be criminals. Being "at risk for social exclusion" is another factor they will be considering. Also, the FDA is currently looking at a proposal to make those who suffer from "mental illness" or who are "wards of the state" to be used as "guinea pigs" - literally - for the pharmaceuticals - with no informed consent being required of parents if these children are in "state institutions", etc. What is going on behind closed doors is truly flabbergasting to say the least! Children with autism spectrum disorders are often viewed as "aggressive" and as "trouble makers" by their teachers, etc. Will such a database be coming to North America? I very suspect it is only a matter of time. Note that the database in question was suggested for children as young as three years of age! Label them a criminal, and they may very well grow up to be one! will be asked to name "potential troublemakers" and
to give personal details for the database. Things like "likelihood of teenage
pregnancy" and "risk of social exclusion" will be
"factors" these "professionals" should include. It is estimated that up to
10% of children in Britain could be part of the database ... given children with
"behavioral problems" or
"hanging round with the wrong crowd" would be "in a single database"...
and that would include children as young as three who

Where are ANY studies showing that three or six year old "tagged" as potential troublemakers later became criminals? If I recall, there are certainly many in the halls of the US Senate and Congress who have committed criminal offenses and as such, surely, if such a database should come to North America, their names should certainly be included in it also! Surely, many a case for "guilt by association" could be made there also. In addition, I think there are many who would agree that government officials or those in private industry who knowingly allowed children to be given mercury and aluminum laced vaccines when they knew that these substances caused neuro-degeneration are themselves guilty of crimes. Perhaps instead of looking to label innocent
children, we should be going after the REAL criminals - those who sit in the
halls of our governments and pharmaceutical industry! You should know that you yourselves are God's temple. God's Spirit lives in you.
